Longino has had a full and varied career in music.
Born and raised in the South, he started out as a
trombone player playing in small and large-group
jazz ensembles as well as classical settings,
gaining an appreciation of both traditional and
contemporary styles. Moving to New York in the late
1980ís, Frank began focusing on piano and has had
the privilege to work with Percy Sledge, Rob
McConnell, Bill Watrous, Don Menza, Pyeng Threadgill
and Al Cobine, among others.
Bingham is a true jazz musician who happens to be a
vocalist. Her singing is characterized by the
qualities of honest expression, solid swinging and
an emphasis on the blues. Angela was the resident
vocalist for four years running at the popular Total
Wine Bar in New York, where she garnered an
extremely loyal fan base. She has worked with many
of NYC's heavyweight jazz musicians, including Yotam
Silberstein, Greg Ruggiero, Chris Higgins, Marco
Panascia, Oscar Perez, Tedd Firth, Frank Longino,
Deidre Rodman and others.
